The Foundation

Our story begins with our founder, Mr. Shane Luo, who, after 17 years in the motorcycle industry, established Zhejiang Flash Easycool Motorcycle Co., Ltd. Driven by a vision to create genuine value for riders, the company was founded on a powerful principle: 'Value Created, Gain Returned.'

Assembling the Pioneers

We assembled a dedicated team of innovators and engineers with a clear mission: to develop high-speed electric motorcycles for enthusiasts who demand exciting performance, smarter features, and the serene, powerful ride that only an EV can offer.

Apr 2023

Making Our Mark

In collaboration with RIYA MOTO, we launched the Ares 125GT and 300GT Maxi scooters. Our first high-speed electric motorcycle, the E-XDV, debuted at the Canton Fair to rave reviews. The GT scooters became a sensation across Europe, with over 25 countries signing agency agreements.

Early 2024

Breakthrough & Expansion

Mass production of our groundbreaking E-XDV began. It sold out immediately in France and key European markets. With a mid-mounted motor, 200+ km range, and CCS2-compatible charging, the E-XDV drew comparisons to the BMW CE 04, establishing our top-tier credentials.

Jul 2024

Vertical Integration

We launched our own production and assembly line, ensuring complete end-to-end quality control. This transformed us into a fully integrated company overseeing production, sales, and R&D under one roof.

Mar 2025

The Dawn of Hechhi

March 2025 marked the official birth of the Hechhi brand — our new identity dedicated to crafting high-end, high-speed, and intelligent electric motorcycles designed purely for riding enjoyment.
