Our story begins with our founder, Mr. Shane Luo, who, after 17 years in the motorcycle industry, established Zhejiang Flash Easycool Motorcycle Co., Ltd. Driven by a vision to create genuine value for riders, the company was founded on a powerful principle: 'Value Created, Gain Returned.'

We assembled a dedicated team of innovators and engineers with a clear mission: to develop high-speed electric motorcycles for enthusiasts who demand exciting performance, smarter features, and the serene, powerful ride that only an EV can offer—free from engine noise and emissions.

In collaboration with RIYA MOTO, we launched the Ares 125GT and 300GT Maxi scooters. Simultaneously, our first high-speed electric motorcycle, the E-XDV, made its debut at the Canton Fair. The prototype received rave reviews, capturing industry attention and signaling our arrival as a serious player. Our GT scooters quickly became a sensation across Europe, with over 25 countries signing agency agreements.

The year began with the mass production of our groundbreaking E-XDV model. It sold out immediately in France and other key European markets, with demand far exceeding supply. Boasting a mid-mounted motor, a range of over 200 km, and a CCS2-compatible charging system, the E-XDV drew significant comparisons to leading models like the BMW CE 04, establishing our credentials for top-tier performance.

March 2025 marked the official birth of the Hechhi brand, our new identity dedicated to crafting high-end, high-speed, and intelligent electric motorcycles designed purely for riding enjoyment.
